The Task

Your assessment will take the form of a 3000 words and submission consisting of three parts in total. You should look at 5 case of business which have given below and due to some aspects of practice. You should choose one of the these given topic and complete the following:

Part 1- A REPORT

This part is basically based on the given company. Please remember there are 5 company case studies and available and you need o choose one.

our choices for cases are:

1. EA Games: Fifa, Loot boxes and whales
2. The gender pay gap: what the median pay gap says about your company
3. Ladbrokes: The online way to save your job
4. Johnson and Johnson: Taking the pain away?
5. Supply chains and human rights abuses: This doesn’t smell right- warnings to tuna companies

The suggested work count for this part of your project is 1200-1400 words and this is excluding references. The main material could be found in the weeks 1, 2, and 3.

This part must consist of five main sectors:

1. Ethical issue or issues- you need to analyse the ethical issue with the use of relevant sources.
2. Role of business in society-you are required to discuss how the company and ethical issue identified affected the society.
3. Five Stakeholders-you need to analyse five stakeholders in the chosen case and study with the proper discussion how they have been affected by the given ethical issues.
4. Examples of good and bad ethics- you need to required to find two companies with the good or bad ethical practices. Here he use of relevant material is needed. You might want to refer to the such sources as BBC and Financial Times.

Part 1- B TWO THEORIES

This part is completely based on chosen case study.

The suggested work count for this part is 900-1000 words. The key could be found in week 3, 4 and 5.

This part must consist of 4 sections:

1. Describe the theories- you need to analyse the theories and explain their key aspects in your own words. References are key here, as you are using academic sources. Please d not copy and paste the matter.
2. Apply the theories-you require to apply the theories to the case you have selected.
3. Critique- you should give advantages and disadvantages of given theories you have chosen.
4. Recommendations- you are needed to give improvement for the given issue related to the ethics and which have enlist in part-1a, which is based on two theories.

Part 2 Reflective essay

This part needs to give a reflective essay leadership management. This  part is NOT related to the case study. This part of the project need you to analyse what makes an ethical leader and how you would, as an ethical manager your business and /or others to a high ethical standard.

The suggested word count must be 850-950 words. The key material can be found in weeks 6,8 and 9.

This part of the section include:

• You need to analyse what is ethical leadership management is in ethical company culture.
• You need to analyse how to maintain integrity & compliances in an ethical business environment.
• You need to reflect on how your own experience and knowledge. You may wish to give examples from your own experience.
• You need to give a conclusion.
